College Administrator phones a student to inform him that the requested papers are ready to be collected from Reception. She speaks to the student in person (not an answermachine), and also counts out which papers are there and what they say in particular.

3 hours later the same student phones back: "I would like to find out if my papers are ready yet, or when they will be ready...?"
