phonecall today at 5.52 pm :

"Good afternoon, Sample College..."
"Yes, hello, maybe you can help me."
"Yes?"
"How long is administration open today?"
"We're open until six o'clock."
"So if I come around in half an hour I can speak to someone?"
"Er.. no, we're closing in about 10 minutes."
"But you just said you're open until six o'clock!"
"Yes, 6 pm. It's 10 to 6 now. Can I help you over the phone?"
"No, I want to speak to someone from the College Administration."
"Yes, this is Administration. What is it about?"
"It's about your opening times."
"Ok. We're closing in about 10 Minutes today, so if you want to come in person it would be too late. We're back at 10 am tomorrow morning, if you'd like to come in then. If you tell me what it is you want to talk about, I could either help you now on the phone or I can schedule an appointment for tomorrow, so you don't have to wait."
"Oh yes. Can I have an appointment tomorrow morning, then."
"Yes, sure. Can I ask what it is about so I'll know who you need to talk to?"
"Yes, I would like to pick up information about your opening times."
